Thriving Pathways
You're capable, self-aware, and holding a lot together. But something's got to give — and you know it.
This is a place to finally stop, be heard, and figure out what's actually going on.
I work with women navigating the tangled middle of life — health, identity, work, and everything in between — who are done waiting to feel like themselves again.

You might be in the right place if...

-
You've seen the GP, maybe a specialist, maybe a therapist — and still feel like something's being missed
-
You're good at holding everything together for everyone else, but quietly running on empty
-
You suspect your brain works differently — and you're only just starting to understand what that means
-
Your body is doing things that don't quite make sense yet, and it's affecting everything
-
You don't want to be given a label and a worksheet — you want someone to help you understand the whole picture
-
You're tired of performing fine

About this space

Thriving Pathways is a psychology practice for women who are ready to understand themselves more fully — not just manage their symptoms.
As a registered psychologist with nearly twenty years of experience across health, organisational, and neurodiversity contexts, Carlie brings something you won't find in a standard psychology practice: the ability to hold the whole picture. The burnout that's also a health issue. The anxiety that might actually be unidentified ADHD. The sense that you're not quite yourself anymore and you can't work out why.
This isn't about being handed a diagnosis and a treatment plan. It's about being genuinely understood — and finding your way back to yourself from there.
Sessions are available Australia-wide via telehealth, so wherever you are, you don't have to navigate this alone.
Meet Carlie

I'm Carlie — psychologist, neurodiversity advocate, and someone who understands firsthand what it means to hold a lot together while quietly wondering if anyone really sees the full picture.
I created Thriving Pathways for women like you. Because you deserve more than a fifteen minute appointment and a referral. You deserve someone who actually gets it.
