Thriving Pathways works with individuals, families, and organizations to provide counselling, assessment, and wellbeing strategies. Carlie believes that everyone has the potential to thrive, and has a number of strategies she has successfully utilised to improve the thriving of employees, which leads to greater engagement, productivity, and company culture.
With over 15 years experience across HR / L&D / OD and Wellbeing, Carlie can do it all. From crafting Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) that cater to the unique needs of your employees to designing bespoke wellbeing interventions, Carlie's expertise will help cultivate a thriving and resilient workforce. She is also dedicated to nurturing leadership qualities, shaping company culture, and fostering employee engagement initiatives that contribute to long-term success.

Experience and Qualifications
Carlie is a registered organisational psychologist, having completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Organisational Psychology. She is also a board approved Supervisor of other Psychologists. Her experience spans a wide variety of industries, having worked across not-for-profit, government, and corporate environments. Carlie has lead teams, designed and facilitated a wide variety of education sessions, and developed wellbeing frameworks and plans.
